Having the opportunity to transfer my knowledge from Corporate America to Non-Profit organizations and witnessing the impact is exhilarating. Non-profit organizations, by definition, not driven by profits, often underestimate the benefits of development and training that is foundational in Corporate America. Introducing Non-profit organizations to a new set of tools that assist with overall operational efficiencies is my passion. I read the book “Half Time, Changing your Plan from Success to Significance” where the Author, Bob Buford, states the following, “’My passion is to multiply all that God has given me, and in the process, give it back.” My desire is to provide the same level and quality of development and training received in Corporate America to Non-Profit organizations, who might not otherwise receive the benefits.

ABOUT Zonya Brewton
Zonya Brewton has worked in Corporate America for many years, holding several positions, including Business Process Analyst, Project and Program Manager, focused on organizational transformation and training.
Zonya has her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, in Columbia, SC. She obtained a Master’s of Business Administration from Mercer University in Atlanta, GA.
In addition she has received a Masters Certificate in Project Management,as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute.She obtained her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, focusing on process improvements and efficiencies.
In 2018, Zonya recognized the need for her skills and knowledge within the non-profit organizations and started to hold workshops to help with transformations as well as to teach classes to staff and volunteers.
Having the opportunity to transfer her knowledge from Corporate America to Non-Profit organizations and witnessing the impact was exhilarating.

Out of this revelation and passion was born, ZB’s Step Up Organizational Development and Training Services.
MAIN OBJECTIVE
Our main objective is to assist with Organizational Development and Training of Non-Profits, enabling them to operate more efficiently and effectively through a structured assessment of needs and application of the appropriate level of development and training.
